The OWL and the CAT
An Allegory

1  Planetary motion

Somewhere beyond time and space a very high tower exists called "the Tower of Babel".
At the summit of the tower, an OWL lives. And at the bottom of the tower a CAT lives.
They do not know each other.

Yellow. OWL sits. Twilight. OWL eats. OWL reads. OWL sighs. OWL walks. OWL sits. OWL waits.
Blue. CAT sits. Twilight. CAT eats. CAT reads. CAT sighs. CAT walks. CAT sits. CAT waits.

2  An OWL at the summit of dreams

If a CAT wanders through the paradise in my dream and keeps a flower to remind himself about where he has been and on waking finds the flower in his hands, what can I say... I am the CAT.

3  Cat at the bottom of the tower dreams

At the bottom of the Tower of Babel the CAT thinks it odd that the tree continues to grow, though nobody is around in the land.
The god of wind replies…
Dear CAT, don't you know that I am always around in the land?
That is why the tree continues to grow.
And the OWL, your friend, at the summit of the tower is always looking at you.

4  A dog of philosophy wanders under the moonlight

There is a wandering dog of philosophy called "Spinoza".
In this troubled world, he still lingers on. His only friends shall be the OWL and CAT, when other friends are gone.
At one night Spinoza wanders under the moonlight and someone hurries nearby.
But he cannot see who it is.
The sky is covered over by clouds.
The moon is high and out of sight.

5 The god of thunder

Bababadalgharaghtakamminarronnkonnbronntonneronntuonnthunntrovarrhounawnskawntoohoohoo-rdenenthurnuk…

From the coming down to the compassionate white palace with fraud
I, crouching behind a million of surveillant boxes,
heard the conqueror of clouds across a transcendental Big Ben pointing to the East
I, wind, felt a sudden bloody pain... had I lost my way?
“My love, don't be shot by the raindrop”
The nude says, instead of praying there, keep descending!
Along the atonal glacier of ecstasy
I pass to Aeolus' asylum
literature, the coinage of language that
ordinary people use in the abyss, the immanent cause of all things,
and into the breath of magical poetry.

6 The Encounter of two comets

OWL's mind was like a private locked one-seater cinema that no one else can enter...
CAT's mind was like a private locked one-seater cinema that no one else can enter...
EACH MIND IS LIKE A PRIVATE LOCKED ONE-SEATER CINEMA THAT NO ONE ELSE CAN ENTER BUT...
A WANDERING BEE-tle...
AND WHAT IS THE AIM OF THE ONE-SEATER CINEMA IN THE TOWER OF BABEL?
TO SHOW OWL & CAT THE WAY OUT OF THE STONY COSMOS-EGG

7 What are the OWL & CAT doing?

OWL & CAT think about the reconstruction of the tower.
Yes, OWL & CAT want to be GAU, Grand Architects of the Universe.
Man loved to order, tabulate, map and judge, and has caused the disaster.
OWL & CAT love wandering so he wants a tower of wandering.
OWL & CAT only need three pillars in order,
Justice, Beauty and Mercy,  which are the same as Stars, Flowers and Wind.

8 Quarrel

OWL was the cause of CAT's sadness, because CAT could not understand OWL’s words,
or because OWL alone possessed something which CAT would love, such as OWL's wings.
And so it would happen, as a result, that CAT came to hate OWL.
Hence, it would happen that OWL came to hate CAT too,
and so that tried to harm each other, that is, they were at odds with each other.
CAT hated OWL, his folks and their tongue.
And OWL hated CAT, his folks and their tongue.
Knowing that life is short, How did they quarrel?
OWL and CAT came to see Spinoza, a wandering dog of sage, and spoke about their quarrels.

9 Spinoza

Spinoza said that CAT hated OWL because CAT thought that OWL possessed what CAT would love.
Well, at first glance, it seemed that you harm and hurt each other only because you loved the same thing, and, hence, both of you should come to an agreement in the course of nature.
CAT: Miaooo.
OWL: Hoo. Hooo.
Spinoza: Well. Let's examine the matter fairly. As far as each loves the same thing, each one's love should be joy, thereby it is encouraged.

10 Reconciliation

OWL and CAT put up their agreement at the gate,
and it was written with two languages,
OWL's tongue and CAT's tongue:

since our planet is a globe and its ground is limited,
we must endure living together in the limited space.
Amity means the right of a foreign visitor not to be
treated with hostility upon his/her arrival.

11 After 272 years

A wandering dog, a sage creature called "Spinoza" returned to the place where the Tower of Babel existed. The village where he spent his youth had gone. He gazes at the new faces around. But the very same blossoms at the gate abound. He smells their fragrance and recalls his childhood in the same wind.
